How to pay for your trip:
PAYMENT METHODS: The deposit is to be made at the time of booking. Please check your quotation for booking payment methods, the amount of payment due at the time of booking, and our bank account details for the currency you have been quoted in.
CURRENCY: Please be careful to ensure that your payment is made in the currency stated on your quotation.
HOW MUCH TO PAY: Please refer to your quotation for the amount of deposit due, and if any other payments which need to be made at the time of booking.
REFERENCE- reference with your SURNAME + FIRST NAME so we can match the payment to your account.
- Please ensure any bank transfer fees are covered by the total amount of your transfer
- Transfers involving currency exchange – To avoid any inaccuracies in payment due to currency exchange, please instruct your bank to transfer the exact amount that we need to receive. Do not try to calculate the exchange rate from your own currency as this leads to inaccurate amounts being transferred.
- Many of our clients find wise.com to be a fast and transparent way to make cross-currency payments, and much cheaper than using their normal bank.
The booking process:
- A booking acknowledgement will be sent to you by email once your deposit payment has been received.
- Payment of the final balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure for most trips – you will be notified if we require your final balance any earlier than this.
- If you are booking within 10 weeks of the departure date, the full price of your trip is payable now.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that NO flights or travel arrangements should be booked until you have received written confirmation from the trekMountains office of your place on the trip, and that the trip is guaranteed to run on the dates shown on your invoice.
